I visited the salon today and had my treatment done by shristi today . She was amazing very warm and welcoming she did my balayage she was very quick and efficient the i loved the end result . i am a hijabi and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable if you are looking to get your hair done hijabi or non hijabi defo visit this salon .

I was booked in for a hair cut and colour with Shristi and wanted a refresh of my hair. Shristi was so lovely and we had made conversation so quickly. After she blow dried my hair, my hair completely transformed and I felt as if she ticked all the boxes. Thank you so much Shristi, will definitely be returning.

This was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I've had. The salon itself didn't feel well maintained, the chair I was sitting on was wobbly, and even the mirrors looked misplaced.I went in around 11:10 am to get my eyebrows threaded and a face wax. There was already another customer having her hair done, and the staff member explained that appointments were preferred and that she was the only person working. She kindly started doing my eyebrows, but the other customer kept interrupting and complaining, saying things like, "It's been over 10 minutes, you need to wash my hair."My eyebrows weren't even finished when the staff member had to stop and attend to the other customer. I waited patiently, but the other customer continued being rude and demanding while the employee was trying her best to manage everything on her own.I actually felt sorry for the employee because she was polite and doing her best under difficult circumstances. The real issue is the management. It's a Sunday, and having only one person working is simply not enough. Customers shouldn't have to wait with treatments half-finished because the salon is understaffed.I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and ensures there is adequate staffing on weekends. People shouldn't choose a salon simply because it's the nearest one, customer experience and proper management matter too. I was so upset I left with unfinished eyebrows.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon today. Savita did my service was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. I absolutely loved the final result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her services!

Amazing service I did my eyebrows threading and also hydra facial it was super super relaxing my skin is left soft and glowing I can’t believe the difference I definitely recommend and I will definitely come back asap for another facial. Savita was great I will come back for her treatments

Unprofessional I went into book an appointment on Friday for next Thursday for my birthday. I did request a 5:30 appointment for hair dye and cut which the hairdresser said was fine.Went into my appointment on Thursday and she was not in. The lady at the reception said she had the day off today and to come back on Sunday. Told her it was for my birthday the next day she said happy birthday and she can’t do anything.Thanks for your service 👍🏼

Got my hair permanently straightened here and absolutely loved it! The staff was so nice and the environment overall felt warm and welcoming with the service being excellent efficient and excellently done would HIGHLY recommend this salon for affordable and high quality experience

I had a very disappointing and painful experience following a facial here, and unfortunately the way the situation was handled afterward made it even worse.Initially, I left the salon feeling satisfied because I wasn’t wearing my glasses and couldn’t properly see my nose from a distance. However, once I got home, my family pointed out multiple scabs on my nose (around three ), which was extremely upsetting and impacted my wellbeing and sleep. It then became clear that the blackhead extractions had been done far too aggressively.The damage was not minor — my nose was visibly scabbed, painful, and even makeup would not cover it. The situation caused me significant distress, to the point that I had to contact my GP. I also reached out to the salon with clear photographic evidence showing the extent of the damage.What I found most upsetting was how my concerns were handled. Instead of empathy or a sincere apology, I was repeatedly dismissed and gaslighted. I was told that “one pimple spot must have been disturbed” and that this was expected and would settle in a few days — which is simply not true given the extent of the damage. This was not a single spot, but multiple visible scabs caused by excessive extraction.I was also asked to provide medical evidence after informing them that I had been to the GP despite already sharing clear images, which felt unreasonable and dismissive. Comments like “we should be reasonable” came across as patronising rather than supportive during an already distressing situation.Although I was eventually given a partial refund, after both me and my husband spoke to them, this was never about the money — it’s about the way I was treated. The lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism was extremely disappointing.I had been a regular customer for approximately 2 years which makes this even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I seriously question the level of training and supervision of the staff. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others.I hope this feedback is taken seriously so no one else has to go through a similar experience.Please do not respond to my feedback as I’m sure it will be filled with lies, more gaslighting and a lack of accountability.

We went in for a last minute balayage, and the experience was fantastic! Sristi and Rasila were incredibly dedicated to their craft, taking all the time needed to ensure every detail was perfect. They made sure we were comfortable throughout, and we truly appreciated how respectful and accommodating they were to us as hijabi women. Such lovely, talented professionals—I’d absolutely recommend them!
